Studio A’s unique acoustical design makes it very popular with musicians, artists and producers. Built by the multinational RCA Victorin 1943, Studio A was the first Canadian studio that had a recording room with multicylinder acoustical treatment in wood. The exceptional quality of its reverberation corresponds to the strict requirements of the sound recording industry. This spacious room (30’ x 26’ x 18’) is perfect for rhythm sections, wind and string instruments, and chorals. It is equipped with a Yamaha C-7 Grand piano, a Hammond B3 organ and 3 isolation booths.

Spacious and comfortable, its control room is equipped with an SSL 6000 E/G+ analog system and Pro Tools HD Accel digital system, analog recorder and state-of-the-art peripheral equipment.
